The Complaint and claims asserted therein are barred, in whole or in part, by Plaintiff and the putative class' failure to mitigate their damages, if any. Google hereby reserves its right to seek leave to amend this Answer to set forth additional defenses based on its ongoing investigation and discovery into the matters alleged in the Complaint.
