The following dates in th e 7/12/2010 Pretrial Scheduling Order shall be TEMPORARILY VACATED until after Mediation: 11/16/2010 (last day to disclose expert witnesses); 11/30/2010 (last day to disclose rebuttal expert witnesses); 12/30/2010 (expert discovery cutoff); 4/14/2011 (last day to hear dispositive motions); and 5/26/2011 (pretrial conference). The parties will provide the court with a new proposed pretrial schedule and to complete the remaining discovery if the case is not resolved during mediation.
