Section 1 (No. CV 08-04193 SBA) STIPULATION AND ORDER TO TRANSFER CASE TO THE CALENDAR OF MAGISTRATE JUDGE JACQUELINE S. CORLEY 1 636(c), hereby voluntarily consent to have a United States Magistrate Judge conduct any 2 and all further proceedings in the case, including trial, and order the entry of a final 3 judgment.
