(collectively "Wells Fargo"). 20 A status conference is scheduled for December 19, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. The parties hereby 21 stipulate to a continuance to January 23, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 1 as the case has settled 22 and there are no pending issues.
