motion by the IRS to deem certain allegations admitted. The motion bears a stamp by the Tax Court dated January 9, 2008 that states "Denied." 8. Attached as Exhibit G hereto is a true copy of what I am informed and believe is a

stipulation entered into by the Internal Revenue Service. The stipulation bears the signature of a representative of the IRS, which is dated September 4, 2008.
