On 23 September 27, 2012, Environmental Resolutions, Inc. and Cardno USA (collectively, “ERI”) 24 filed motions for summary judgment on claims brought by, inter alia, KFD Enterprises, Inc., 25 which motions are noticed for hearing November 16, 2012. 26 / 27 / 28 / 1 Accordingly, in the interests of reducing the number of appearances required in the 2 above-titled action, the Court hereby CONTINUES the hearing date for Multimac’s motion 3 to November 16, 2012. 4 5 IT IS SO ORDERED.
