WHEREAS, on May 6, 2010 defendant Cadence Design Systems, Inc. et al. (collectively,

2 "defendants"), filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and for Judgment on the Pleadings 3 ("Motion for Partial Summary Judgment"), setting a hearing date for June 25, 2010. 4 WHEREAS, on June 4, 2010, plaintiffs filed a Motion Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 56(f)

5 ("Rule 56(f) Motion") and an Opposition to Defendants' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and 6 for Judgment on the Pleadings, setting a hearing date for the Rule 56(f) Motion for June 25, 2010. 7 WHEREAS, on June 11, 2010, defendants filed their Reply on Motion for Partial Summary

8 Judgment and for Judgment on the Pleadings and Opposition to Plaintiffs' Rule 56(f) Motion. 9 WHEREAS, plaintiffs have requested an agreement from defendants to continue the

10 scheduled June 25, 2010 hearing on defendants' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment until July 9, 11 2010, or as soon thereafter as convenient for the Court. 12 WHEREAS, the parties have met and conferred and agreed subject to the approval of the

13 Court that the June 25, 2010 hearing on defendants' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and 14 plaintiffs' Rule 56(f) Motion shall be continued to July 9, 2010, a date that the parties have been 15 advised by the Court that is available for a hearing. 16 NOW THEREFORE, the June 25, 2010 hearing on defendants' Motion for Partial Summary
