The Clerk of the Court is hereby DIRECTED to reassign the case to another judge. In light of this Court's recusal, no ruling will be made on Plaintiff's pending motions seeking appointment of counsel. However, Plaintiff's request for an extension of time is GRANTED (docket no. 11).
