Supreme Court: whether the Supremacy Clause provides a private

right of action to enforce 28 U.S.C. Section 1396a(a)(30)(A).

October 2, 2014, the Supreme Court granted certiorari to decide

that question.

Therefore, in the interest of conserving judicial resources, the

Court STAYS the case pending the decision in Armstrong.
