Section 1396a(a)(30)(A). 23 October 2, 2014, the Supreme Court granted certiorari to decide 24 that question. 25 App'x 496 (9th Cir. 2014), cert. granted, No. 14-15 (Oct. 2, 2014). 26 Therefore, in the interest of conserving judicial resources, the 27 Court STAYS the case pending the decision in Armstrong. 28 ECF Nos. 127, 129. Both motions depend on On Exceptional Child Ctr., Inc. v. Armstrong, 567 F.
