On June 9, 2009, in response to Defendant's Proposed Entry of Judgment of
16 Dismissal, dated June 2, 2009, the Court entered an Order to Show Cause, ordering Plaintiffs 17 Terry and Caroline Brown "to show cause why their case should not be dismissed for failure 18 to prosecute." The Order specified that the "[f]ailure to file papers responsive to this order 19 shall result in the dismissal of the case." Plaintiffs have filed no response. 20 Accordingly, and good cause appearing, the Court finds that Plaintiffs have failed to 21 prosecute their case. The Court has signed the attached Proposed Entry of Judgment of 22 Dismissal. The clerk shall close the file. 23 24 IT IS SO ORDERED. 25 26 Dated: June 16, 2009 27 28 THELTON E.
