The Parties further agree and stipulate that they will exchange Initial Disclosures, and file and serve a Joint Case Management Conference Statement and Rule 26(f) Report, seven days prior to the date of the continued Case Management Conference. Good cause exists to continue the Case Management Conference and the deadlines related thereto as the Parties are in discussions to resolve this matter and hope to finalize the terms of an agreement shortly. A continuance of the Case Management Conference and related deadlines will afford the Parties the opportunity to continue their discussions, reach agreement and therefore avoid the need to consume the parties' and the Court's resources.
