On June 8, 2009, this Court dismissed the petition with leave to file an amended petition within thirty days of the Court's order. In the Court's order, Petitioner was notified that failure to amend by the designated time would result in a dismissal of the case. After the original order was returned, the order was resent to Petitioner to the proper address listed on her petition on July 22, 2008. More than thirty days have passed since July 22, 2008 and Petitioner has not responded to the Court's order or contacted the Court. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED without prejudice for failure to prosecute and to comply with a court order pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). See Link v. Wabash R.R., 370 U.S. 626, 633 (1962); McKeever v. Block, 932 F.2d 795, 797 (9th Cir. 1991). The Clerk shall v. STATE OF CALIFORNIA, Respondent.
