The Court has considered the administrative motion filed by defendant Core Communications, Inc. to have the above two cases deemed related, and the opposition filed by the plaintiffs in both actions. The Court has determined that the two cases should be deemed related under Civil L.R. 3-12 because they arise out of a substantially same event, involve identical legal claims, and it appears likely there will be an unduly burdensome duplication of labor and expense, or conflicting results, if the cases are conducted before different judges. Therefore, for good cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the case of
