The time for Plaintiff to file a response to Continental Visinet's Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. No. 9) is extended to May 22, 2009. Plaintiff filed her complaint on February 27, 2009. Continental Visinet filed its Motion to Dismiss on March 30, 2009. This is the first request for an extension of time concerning a response to 4 Continental Visinet's Motion to Dismiss. 5 5. The parties request this extension to allow Plaintiff and Defendant Continental 6 Visinet to seek a non-judicial resolution of the matter through informal discussion, and, if 7 necessary by way of alternative, coordinate responsive pleadings with other defendants in this 8 matter. 9 6. Plaintiff previously stipulated with defendants Conducive, and CoreTel to provide 10 these defendants additional time to file a responsive pleading or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's 11 Complaint. 12 7.
