Plaintiff, EARL YOUNG, CDCR No. V-06022, a necessary and material witness in

proceedings in this case beginning on June 1, 2011, at 9:00 a.m., is confined at Kern Valley
20
State Prison, Delano, California, in the custody of the Warden. To secure this inmate’s
21
attendance at the settlement conference scheduled for June 1, 2011 at California State Prison,
22
Solano, it is necessary that a Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Testificandum issue commanding the
23
custodian of EARL YOUNG, CDCR No. V-06022, to produce him at California State Prison,
24
Solano, 2100 Peabody Road, Vacaville, California 95687, the Honorable Nandor Vadas
25
presiding, beginning on June 1, 2011 at 9:00 a.m.

ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that:

commanding the Warden of Kern Valley State Prison and the California Department of
