Plaintiff ATS Claim, LLC ("Plaintiff"), and Defendants Samsung Electronics

2 Co., Ltd., Samsung Semiconductor, Inc., and Samsung Electronics America, Inc., 3 (collectively "Samsung Defendants"), through their undersigned counsel, hereby agree and 4 stipulate as follows: 5 WHEREAS Plaintiff filed a Complaint in the above-captioned case on or

6 about March 13, 2009; 7 WHEREAS Plaintiff has agreed to extend the deadline for the Samsung

8 Defendants to respond to the Complaint until June 22, 2009, and this extension would not 9 alter the date of any event or any deadline already fixed by Court order; 10 NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to Rule 6-1(a) of the Local Civil Rules of the
