WHEREAS, a Case Management Conference is currently set for September 10, 2010, at 3:00 P.M. WHEREAS, the parties have reached a tentative settlement agreement. WHEREAS, the parties need additional time to finalize their settlement agreement and file the requisite documents with the Court. THE PARTIES HEREBY SUBMIT THIS STIPULATED REQUEST THAT the Court reschedule the Further Case Management Conference currently scheduled for September 10, December 16, 2010 2010, to November 12, 2010, at 3:00 P.M., or any time thereafter, to allow the parties time to finalize their settlement agreement and file the requisite documents with the Court.
