conference scheduled to take place on December 23, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. WHEREAS, at the last case management conference, the case was ordered to mediation. WHEREAS, the mediation was scheduled and then continued to await the results of Plaintiff's planned surgery, which would affect settlement discussions.
