ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO REMAND CITY OF FREMONT, et al., 9 Defendants. 11 For the Northern District of California United States District Court 10 12 The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit affirmed the grant of 13 summary judgment on Plaintiff Jenna Hall’s federal claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and 14 remanded her state law claims to this Court for further consideration. Following issuance of 15 the mandate, Hall moved to remand due to the lack of any remaining federal question, and 16 Defendants filed a statement of non-opposition. 17 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Hall’s unopposed motion to remand is GRANTED. 18 This matter is hereby remanded to the Superior Court of California for the County of 19 Alameda.
