AND ALIPHCOM, INC., 23 Defendants. 24 25 26 27 28 04009.51806/4656267.1 Case No. 09-cv-01714-BZ STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER 1 Pursuant to Civil L.R. 7-11 and General Order No. 58, the parties, by and through their 2 counsel, hereby submit the following stipulation and proposed order. 3 WHEREAS, hearings are set in the above captioned matter on Wednesday, March 21, 4 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the courtroom of U.S. Magistrate Judge Bernard Zimmerman, Courtroom C 5 on the 15th Floor of the federal courthouse located at 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, 6 California 94102; 7 WHEREAS, the parties desire to bring certain electronic equipment and materials into the 8 courtroom for use in the hearings; 9 ACCORDINGLY, the parties agree and request permission to bring certain electronic 10 equipment and materials into the courtroom and to access Courtroom C after 3:00 p.m. on March 11 20, 2012 to set up electronic equipment and other materials. 12 The electronic equipment and other materials will likely include: 13 1. projectors; 14 2. projector screen (approximately 7-8 feet); 15 3. laptops; 16 4. flat-panel monitors; 17 5. video switchers; 18 6. electrical cables, connections, power strips, and extension cords, and other 19 connective cables; 20 7. speakers; and 21 8.
