Doc ##128, 370, 373, 374, 375, 377, 382, 383, 386, 537, 539, 550, 551, 554, 555, 558, 561, 562, 566, 568, 570, 576. The parties have replied to the merits of the proposed memoranda, and no party has objected to the court granting leave to file the memoranda. Doc ##604, 607. The court may welcome amicus curiae submissions "concerning legal issues that have potential ramifications beyond the parties directly involved or if the amicus has unique information or perspective that can help the court beyond the help that the lawyers for the parties are able to provide." NGV Gaming, Ltd v Upstream Point Molate, LLC, 355 FSupp2d 1061, 1067 (ND Cal 2005) (citations omitted). Because the proposed amicus curiae satisfy this modest standard, the motions listed above for leave to submit memoranda on behalf of amicus curiae are GRANTED.
