Minute Entry: Show Cause Hearing. 1.Plaintiffs and proponents shall inform the court not later than April 30, 2010 at noon PDT whether the No on 8 groups' production is in compliance with the court's March 5 and March 22 orders (Doc #610, 623). 2. If plaintiffs and proponents inform the court that the No on 8 groups' production is not in compliance, the court will hold a further hearing on the contempt OSC, Doc #641, on May 3, 2010 at 10 AM PDT. 3. If the No on 8 groups' production complies with the court's March 5 and March 22 orders, proponents shall serve and file any supplement to the evidentiary record not later than May 5, 2010 at 5 PM PDT. Plaintiffs shall respond to proponents' submission not later than May 7, 2010 at 5 PM PDT, and proponents shall file any reply not later than May 12, 2010 at 5 PM PDT. At that time the evidentiary record shall be submitted and upon the court's rulings shall be closed. 4. Proponents' and Dr Tam's motions for leave to file motions for reconsideration, Doc #640, 642, are GRANTED. Plaintiffs shall serve and file their opposition to the motions for reconsideration on or before May 6, 2010 at noon PDT, and proponents and Dr Tam may serve and file a reply on or before May 10, 2010 at noon PDT. 5.
