Patterson, declare as follows: 1. I am an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and am admitted pro hac vice in this case. I am an associate at the law firm of Cooper & Kirk, PLLC, counsel of record for Defendant-Intervenors Dennis Hollingsworth, Gail Knight, Martin Gutierrez, Mark Jansson, and ProtectMarriage.com ("Proponents"). I make this declaration in support of Proponents' Motion for Administrative Relief. 2. After closing arguments were held on June 16, 2010, Proponents requested Plaintiffs and Plaintiff-Intervenor promptly to return all copies of the trial video in their possession to the Court, but they denied the request. 3.
