Plaintiffs' and Plaintiff-Intervenor's motion to enlarge time is HEREBY GRANTED. Motions for attorney's fees and related expenses shall be filed according to the following schedule. 1. The movant(s) shall file a motion for attorney's fees and related expenses within 45 days of the later of: (A) the entry of this order, or (B) the entry of judgment by this Court; 2. Those seeking to oppose the motion for attorney's fees and related expenses shall have 45 days after the motion is filed to do so; and 3. The movant(s) shall then have 30 days to reply to the opposition.
