Perry, Sandra B. Stier, Paul T. Katami, and Jeffrey J. Zarrillo ("Plaintiffs") and Plaintiff-Intervenor City and County of San Francisco ("Plaintiff-Intervenor") hereby move this Court to shorten the time for Plaintiffs' and Plaintiff-Intervenor's motion to enlarge time to file a motion for attorney's fees and related expenses, Doc #729. Plaintiffs and Plaintiff-Intervenor respectfully request that the Court provide Defendants and Defendant-Intervenors with no more than 24 hours to oppose Plaintiffs' and PlaintiffIntervenor's motion to enlarge time and that the Court rule on the motion to enlarge time as expeditiously as practicable thereafter. Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(d)(2)(B)(i) requires that a motion for attorney's fees and related expenses "be filed no later than 14 days after the entry of judgment." Moreover, Civil Local Rule 6-3(c) ordinarily provides a party opposing a motion to enlarge time four days to file an opposition. Plaintiffs and Plaintiff-Intervenor request that the Court shorten the time for Defendants and Defendant-Intervenors to respond to the motion to enlarge time and rule as expeditiously and practicable on the motion to enlarge time thereafter so that, in the event the Court were to deny the motion to enlarge time, Plaintiffs and Plaintiff-Intervenors may nonetheless comply with the 14-day timeline.
