Petitioner, a prisoner of the State of California has filed a habeas corpus petition pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Respondent has filed an answer. Petitioner has filed two motions seeking an extension of time to file a traverse to Respondent's answer to the petition (docket nos. 9, 10). Good cause appearing, his requests for an extension of time are GRANTED (docket nos. 9, 10). Petitioner shall file his traverse on or before thirty days from the date of this order. IT IS SO ORDERED.
