WHEREAS, Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy ("CPM") intends to file a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Plaintiffs and Counterdefendants Cyma (U.S.A.) Ltd. and Cyma, S.A. NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by the respective parties, by and through their counsel of record: The Settlement Conference currently scheduled for September 16, 2010 is continued to a date to be determined.
