THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO STIPULATION, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: Defendant Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC's ("Ocwen's") opposition to plaintiff Mercedes Herrera's Motion for Class certification shall be due on or before March 23, 2011. Plaintiff's reply in support of her Motion for Class Certification shall be due on or before April 13, 2011. The hearing on plaintiff's Motion for Class Certification shall occur on May 2, 2011 at 10:00 a.m.
