Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: (1) The agreed upon forms of class notice attached hereto as Exhibits A and B are approved ("Approved Notice"). Plaintiffs shall keep all Class Member data and mailing list information confidential pursuant to the parties' Confidentiality Agreement and Stipulated Protective Order herein. Within 15 days from the date of this Order, Plaintiffs shall disseminate by first class mail the Post Card Version of the notice attached hereto as Exhibit A. Plaintiffs shall also maintain a website that posts the Long Form Notice attached hereto as Exhibit B and will generally make the Long Form Notice available to all Class Members who request a copy of such notice.
