The related criminal action, United States v. Todd William Growney, 11-CR-00195-CRB (N.D. Cal.) is still pending, with the next status conference set for 1 November 9, 2011. Additionally, the cases are pending approval for the joint request to relate 2 the cases and transfer the forfeiture matter the Honorable Charles R. Breyer, who is handling the 3 criminal case.
