Whereas, the parties participated in mediation under the Court's ADR program on July 1, and the mediation is not completed, but is expected to be completed on Tuesday July 6;

Now therefore the parties stipulate that the date for filing of the above motions be continued to July 9 in order to allow the parties time to complete the mediation and potentially avoid the need to file those motions. The parties also stipulate that the date of the hearing will be continued from August 9, 2010 to August 16, 2010.
