Plaintiff Louisiana Pacific Corporation and Defendant Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. (the

“Parties”) hereby stipulate and agree that all claims and defenses asserted in this Action by and
3
among these Parties are dismissed with prejudice, with each party bearing its own attorneys’ fees,
4
costs, and expenses relating thereto. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this stipulation
5
impacts or limits in any manner the Court’s jurisdiction and authority to continue to enforce the
6
Protective Order [DN 178] in place in this litigation, which Order shall remain in full effect and
7
continue to be binding upon the Parties.
