The Court GRANTS defendants’ request for an extension of time. Docket No. 385. Defendants

shall have until March 2, 2012, to file a supplemental submission in support of their request for

16

restoration of plaintiff’s ESI. Plaintiff may file a response to defendants’ supplemental submission on

17

or before March 9, 2012. The parties’ briefs shall not exceed five pages in length, but may be supported

18

by declarations as appropriate.
