4 Management Conference until April 30, 2010 and setting a deadline for the Joint Case Management 5 Statement for April 23, 2010; 6 WHEREAS, on April 8, 2010, this Court issued an order continuing the Case Management

7 Conference from April 30, 2010 to November 12, 2010 and setting a deadline for the Joint Case 8 Management Statement for November 5, 2010; 9 WHEREAS, on April 9, 2010, Lead Plaintiff filed a Consolidated Complaint for Violation of

10 the Federal Securities Laws ("Complaint"); 11 12 WHEREAS, on June 15, 2010, Defendants filed a motion to dismiss the Complaint; WHEREAS, on August 16, 2010, Lead Plaintiff filed a memorandum in opposition to

13 Defendants' motion to dismiss; 14 WHEREAS, on September 27, 2010, Defendants filed a reply memorandum in support of

15 their motion to dismiss; 16 WHEREAS, on October 25, 2010, the Court deemed Defendants' motion to dismiss suitable

17 for a decision on the papers submitted by the parties; 18 WHEREAS, pursuant to the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995, unless

19 otherwise ordered by the Court, discovery in this action is stayed during the pendency of any motion 20 to dismiss (15 U.S.C. §78u-4(b)(3)(B)); and 21 WHEREAS, counsel for Lead Plaintiff and Defendants respectfully submit that good cause
