Plaintiff Steadfast Insurance Company "Plaintiff") and defendant American Safety Insurance Company ("Defendant"), by and through counsel, stipulate and agree as follows: WHEREAS, this matter involves an insurance coverage dispute between co-insurers of a common insured in which Plaintiff solely incurred sums while Defendant disclaimed coverage; WHEREAS, Plaintiff and Defendant (collectively "Parties") are actively involved in settlement discussions in an effort to resolve the case; WHEREAS, the Parties seek an extension of deadlines in order to complete settlement discussions, hopefully resulting in a settlement that disposes of this case in its entirety; WHEREFORE, the Parties are agreeable to extend all dates ninety (90) days such that revised deadlines in the case are as follows: February 11, 2011 March 11, 2011 April 14, 2011 Deadline to complete discovery Deadline to file dispositive motions Pre-Trial Conference (10:00 a.m.) 1
