a) compromise of the minor's action as to Defendant, GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE, HIGHWAY AND TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT is approved for the amount and pursuant to the terms set forth in the Settlement Agreement and release attached as Exhibit 1 to the petition to approve compromise of the minor's action, and b) the proceeds of the settlement are authorized to be retained by the plaintiff's attorney for reimbursement of expenses incurred thus far in this litigation in the amount of $1799.02, and the remainder ($200.98) is to be held in the plaintiff's attorney's IOLTA for future costs related to this litigation and until further order of this court.
