Therefore, Plaintiff's 17 motion to continue said hearing is moot. With regard to Plaintiff's motion to continue the 18 completion date for Plaintiff's deposition, this motion should be directed to Judge Illston in light of 19 her Order (Docket #160), stating "The deposition shall be completed on or before Thursday, May 19, 20 2011" (page 3), and that "No extensions of time will be granted." 21 Accordingly, Plaintiff’s motion to continue hearing on the motion to compel is denied.
