CITY OF FREMONT, et al., Defendants. / 17 18 Before the Court is plaintiff Mark Ottovich’s response, filed March 8, 2013, to the 19 Court’s February 22, 2013 Order to Show Cause, in which response plaintiff requests leave 20 to file documents in the above-titled action electronically. 21 Plaintiff’s request is hereby GRANTED, on condition that plaintiff first register as an 22 Electronic Case Filing User on the court’s website. Specifically, plaintiff must follow the 23 registration procedure set forth on the court’s website at 24 https://ecf.cand.uscourts.gov/cand/newreg/index.html. Once plaintiff completes the 25 registration procedure and receives an e-filing password from the ECF Help Desk, plaintiff 26 shall electronically file a notice stating he has received his e-filing password. If such notice 27 is filed, the Court will assign the case to the Electronic Case Filing Program, pursuant to 28 General Order No. 45. Other than the notice referred to above, all documents shall be filed 1 on paper unless and until the Court assigns the above-titled case to the Electronic Case 2 Filing Program. 3 4 5 IT IS SO ORDERED.
