Defendants City of Menlo Park and Burke Bruttig have filed a joint motion to dismiss Plaintiff's action, and Defendant Deputy District Attorney Brian Donnellan has filed a separate motion to dismiss. Because there are significant identical factual and legal issues presented by the two motions, and in the interest of judicial economy, the parties propose the following stipulation.
