RATTO; and BENEDETTO RATTO, JR., Defendants. ____________________________________/ This case was temporarily stayed by the Court on March 25, 2010, following a notice of bankruptcy filed by defendant Leo L. Cotella & Co., Inc. ("Cotella"). Good cause appearing, Cotella is hereby severed from this lawsuit and plaintiffs' claims against it are dismissed without prejudice. As to the remaining solvent defendants, Donald N. Ratto and Benedetto Ratto, the temporary stay is lifted. A case management conference shall take place on July 22, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 3, 17th Floor, United States Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco,
