action and set a hearing before December 23, 2011. Good cause exists for this enlargement of time

because Plaintiff’s counsel has been in trial and unavailable to prepare a meaningful and/or complete

opposition to Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment. The parties request a brief extension of

time to permit Plaintiff to prepare an opposition to Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment and
