Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: (A) craigslist may serve discovery on third parties including payment processors, financial institutions, affiliate networks, and any identifiable associates, current and former employees and current and former officers of Defendants' companies; (B) The deadline for craigslist to file its Motion for Entry of Default Judgment is four (4) December 17, 2010 months from the date of this Order; and continued to March 18, 2011. (C) The Case Management Conference scheduled for August 27, 2010 is vacated.
