Upon due consideration of the request and the accompanying declaration 16 of attorney Erin Sullivan, the court GRANTS the request. (Docket # 47.) The court now sets 17 the following new briefing schedule for dispositive motions: 18 19 1. 2. motion no later than February 10, 2012. 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 Plaintiff must file and serve on defense counsel his opposition to the dispositive 2012. 20 21 Defendants must file and serve their dispositive motion no later than January 6, 3.
