No opposition was filed by any party. 17 Upon consideration of the request, the Court finds good cause for excusing personal attendance. 18 Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that Mr. Newell be available by telephone from 9:30 a.m. Pacific 19 Standard Time until further notice on May 9, 2012. 20 If the Court concludes that the absence of Mr. Newell is interfering with the settlement 21 conference, the Court may continue the settlement conference and may order personal attendance by 22 each party including Mr. Newell. 23 IT IS SO ORDERED. 24 Dated: April 30, 2012 25 26 27 28 _______________________________ ELIZABETH D.
