("Richtek") and counsel to defendants Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. ("AMD"), Best Data Products, Inc. d/b/a Diamond Multimedia, Inc. ("Diamond"), and Eastcom, Inc. D/B/A XFX Technology, Inc. ("XFX"), as follows: 1. All claims in the above-captioned action between Richtek and defendants AMD, Diamond, and XFX are dismissed with prejudice. 2. Each party will bear its own costs and attorneys' fees. 3.
