The 19 parties have notified the Court that the ITC appeal before the Federal Circuit is still pending. 20 Accordingly, the current stay shall remain in effect. The parties shall submit a joint status report 21 by the earlier of: (1) FIVE CALENDAR DAYS after the court of appeals issues an opinion; or (2) 22 JUNE 5 AT NOON. 23 24 IT IS SO ORDERED. 25 26 27 28 Dated: March 31, 2014.
