Pursuant to Rule 41(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff Richtek Technology
Corporation (“Richtek”) and Defendant Powerchip Technology Corp. (“Powerchip”), by and
through their counsel of record, pursuant to the terms of a separate Settlement Agreement between
the parties, hereby stipulate and request that the Court order that (1) all claims between Richtek and
Powerchip shall be dismissed with prejudice; and (2) all costs and expenses relating to the claims
