On November 25, 2016, Plaintiff Richtek Technology Corporation (“Richtek”) and Defendant

uPI Semiconductor Corporation (“uPI”) submitted a stipulation and joint motion to dismiss with

prejudice. Having considered this request, the Court finds that the motion should be GRANTED.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all claims between Richtek and uPI shall be dismissed with
prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all costs and expenses relating to the claims between

Richtek and uPI (including attorney and expert fees and expenses) shall be borne solely by the party

incurring same.
