Illston 24 25 26 WHEREAS the undersigned counsel, on behalf of plaintiff Motorola, Inc. filed a 27 Second Amended Complaint in the above-captioned case against LG Display Co., Ltd. and LG 28 1 STIPULATION OF EXTENSION OF TIME TO ANSWER COMPLAINT AND [PROPOSED] ORDER, Case No. 3:07-md-1827 SI, Individual Action No. C 09-5840 SI 1 Display America, Inc., (collectively, “Stipulating Defendants”), among other defendants, on July 23, 2 2010 (“Complaint”); WHEREAS the Court denied defendants’ motion to dismiss the Second Amended 3 4 Complaint on March 28, 2011; WHEREAS the Stipulating Defendants desire a reasonable amount of time to answer 5 6 the Complaint; and THEREFORE, Motorola, Inc. and the Stipulating Defendants hereby agree: 7 8 9 1.
