The motion concerns Carl Bookhamer, a witness in this case who is 17 allegedly represented by Plaintiffs’ counsel. Defendant alleges that Mr. Bookhamer contacted them 18 and stated that Plaintiffs’ counsel was attempting to coerce him into making certain statements that 19 he feels to be false in an upcoming deposition. 20 All discovery matters (which would include this dispute) have been referred to Magistrate 21 Judge Donna M.
